BOLD MULTIMEDIA & EVENT MANAGEMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS AGREEMENT
PAYMENTS
All branding and private photography session payments are due in advance to secure the date, time and services of Bold Multimedia & Event Management. All payments are non-refundable. No show is non-creditable
CANCELLING & RESCHEDULING
We understand that schedules my change, in the event that you need to reschedule your photo session (with Bold Multimedia & Event Management), you must provide at least 48 hours advance notice (Bahamas Clients)/ 7 Days Notice (International Clients) or your payment will not be credited to a future available date with Bold Multimedia & Event Management.
Photography sessions begin at the time stated in your invoice, late arrival will not exceed your time frame. We suggest you be at your photo session location at least 10-15 minutes prior to starting time.
IMAGES & COPYRIGHT
Private Photo Sessions: Client Images will be available within three to seven (3-7) working days after the photo session.
Events/Weddings: Client Images will be available within three to twenty-one (3-21) working days after the event.
All photographs remain the property of the Company and may be used to promote the Company.
All media (photographs, flyers, videos, etc.) remain the property of Bold Multimedia & Event Management and may be used to promote Bold Multimedia & Event Management.
Personal photographs or videotaping (via cell phones, cameras and video recorders of any kind) in studio or on location during the Company’s photo/video sessions is prohibited.
Bold Multimedia & Event Management Terms & Agreement is subject to change at any given time.
